Sales Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibility:

The Sales Coordinators primary responsibility is to work with the Sales Manager to efficiently & profitably increase Hedahls sales company wide.

Outside Sales Force:

  • It’s the Sales Coordinators responsibility to actively make dealer sales calls with each salesman a minimum of twice a year and more as needed to accomplish individual goals.

  • When making sales calls with the salesmen it’s the Sales Coordinators job to watch for sales and service opportunities, such as neglected inventory and poor merchandising. The Sales Coordinator needs to work with the salesman and the store manager to put together plans and strategies to changeover, install and sell new or existing inventory for Hedahls and our dealer customers.

Stores:

  • The Sales Coordinator needs to help store managers implement company policies, procedures, marketing & merchandising techniques at the store level.

  • The Sales Coordinator will be required to help with product line changeovers whenever necessary.

  • The Sales Coordinator is also required to occasionally fill in for the store managers and counter people when necessary.

Travel:

  • Realistically, the Sales Coordinator will be in the field 3 or 4 days a week with occasional days in the office.
